The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles using slow deep strokes to release knots and stored tension in muscles, restoring connective tissues and releasing adhesions to improve mobility. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.

Massage along with Trigger Point Therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on areas of the muscles or where muscle spasms are present, bringing much needed oxygenated blood to the area. Neuromuscular also helps realign the structure through soft tissue manipulation, which allows the body to settle back into proper posture and in turn alleviates pain from compressed nerves.

A gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid off a chair.
